Marley
5 years old
Marley is a total cartoon character! She is funny, bouncy, always happy, loves everybody, and would love nothing more than to have a family or person she can all her own. She does not do well with other dogs, cats or small animals and would need to be the only dog. She loves going out or staying in! Marley is fostering in Santa Barbara, CA.
Bonnie
1 year old
Bonnie came to us very pregnant, and very confused about her situation. She is submissive and sweet, but since having her puppies she has matured and found her confidence. She is a happy girl, and will be ready in early March to start living her real life. She is good with other dogs, but not tested with cats. She is a cattle dog mix. Bonnie is fostering in Atascadero, CA.
Dixie
2 years old
Dixie is a beautiful Dachshund mix. She is a little bigger than your average wiener dog, weighing approximately 20 lbs. She was rescued from a Modesto, CA shelter with her puppies Her puppies have all been adopted, and Dixie waits for her home. She is dog friendly, kid friendly, very smart. She seems to be cat neutral. She is spayed and vaccinated. Bonnie is fostering in Santa Maria, CA.
Momma Fudge
3 years old
Momma Fudge is a German Shepherd mix, and had puppies at a shelter, but they were not doing well and she was rescued with her remaining 2 puppies on her final day. Unfortunately, the 2 puppies did not make it either, and she was a mom without any puppies. With a loving foster she came out of her shell and is very sweet, and very smart. She has done well with some dogs at her foster's home, but does have a prey drive. She is spayed and is fostering in Sacramento, CA.
Benson
4 years old
Benson is a German Shepherd mix, and was rescued from SEAACA shelter on his final day. He is an awesome rodent hunter! Benson is sweet, independent, loves to play, is crate trained, neutered, vaccinated, and does well with dogs that are not aggressive. He is fostering in Anaheim, CA.
Francis
1 year old
Francis was rescued at 5 months old, after he was scheduled for euthanasia. He is a crack up! I believe he is part Labrador and part pittie. He loves, loves, LOVES the water (lab), and has a lean body type (lab), but his coloring is that of a pittie, and his head shape is more like a pittie. He loves going on adventures, stealing your socks, and is dog friendly and cat neutral. Francis is neutered and vaccinated. He is fostering in Anaheim, CA.
Sabine
1 year old
Sabine spent 8 months at the Riverside County shelter ,CA. Finally, at 14 months old, the shelter said she had to go. When she left, she danced her way out the door. Since then she has been shy, lacking confidence since she missed out on developmental milestones. She finds confidence when there's another dog around. She needs someone that sees her for her, and has patience to help her be her best dog. Sabine is fostering in San Bernadino County, CA.
canelo
1 year old
Canelo was a stray in Hesperia, CA, area, and a good samaritan scooped him up before he was hit by a car. They searched for his family and did locate them. Sadly, they did not want him back. We learned that he is a 1 year old Australian Shepherd and Husky mix. He has been with a foster for a few months, and we know that he loves kids, water, people, other dogs. He lives with chickens now, and follows them but does not hurt them. He chases cats. Canelo is fostering in Santa Barbara County.
